Work area cap.: X-axis: 3.750 mm (147.3") Length, Y-axis: 1,250 mm (49.2"), Z-axis: 135 mm (5.3"). The head travels on THK linear motion guides on all axes, feed speed on X-axis is 263 FPM, Y-axis 196 FPM and Z-axis 64 FPM. A total of 50 spindles.
Equipped with: 8.5 HP High speed, liquid cooled router with ATC, and a ride-along 6-tool tool changer magazine is located at the back side of the spindle carriage ("HSK-63" tool holders), powered by an frequency inverter w/programmable 9,000 - 18,000 RPM constant power spindle speed, RH or LH rotation. 2 HP Grooving saw is installed on the front of the head in X-axis only and uses a 100 mm dia. saw blade.
Worktable: (6) Moveable support rails w/side mounted raise-and-lower panel feeding rails, square matrix vacuum cups ea., cups are 145 mm x 145 mm and cup is 350 mm x 145 mm; using rubber seals in the matrix of the vacuum cup, it is possible to hold 50 mm wide strips; (6) pneumatic backstops, (2) movable pneumatic side stops, and the dual central zero-stop create (2) working zones.
"WEEKE 2000" Windows based IPC controller for (3) axes; linear, circular & helical interpolation. The PC software is not copy protected and can be installed on as many PC's as you like.
Complete with: 100 cbm/Hr Vacuum pump, man-height safety enclosure around rear & sides of machine, 2-zone safety mats (will stop machine if operator enters work area).
